Ren Faire 2025

Every year gets easier and we get better at this particular tradition. In former years we didn’t have to rush home to rescue puppies or get me to a primary program practice for the program happening the following morning. (It was lovely, thanks for asking. Best Sunday of the year and the kids delivered on shenanigans, hilarity and touching moments where we felt the spirit. Neil, Naomi, Layna and I even sang a song for everyone.) Corra had the “Ren Faire luck” this year because she was about to buy a fox-tail hair comb and the woman who made it gave it to her for free. It matches her hair perfectly. I have a new pink glass ornament for my collection. We got the turkey leg and the candied nuts. An owl flew over our heads and we made friends with fairies, mermaids, and music box dancers. The Faire gets bigger and better every year and we are happy to be experts now.
