More about the zoo. We love it and when we still had the boy we had to make sure he got a chance to see the mythical zoo we’d been waiting on for so long. And even better we had Neil’s dad in town to join us! Bonus Grandpa! Garyn liked it and we liked showing him and Grandpa around.

Naomi has been interning there a few weeks and I’ll share more about that in a summer update post. We are taking our youth group there next week and overall we are so happy to have a great local gem so close and so accessible. Life update: we are staying busy swimming, working, relaxing, and running all the usual errands. Corra started allergy shots so that will take a up a significant chunk of our June and July. We’ve got Girls Camp, Naomi has FSY, and just like that we will be back to school…August 6th is the first day this year! It’s early but it’s helping me really focus on drinking in all the summer I can.
